About Philbur Music:
Philbur music is a small, personal company offering a range of musical services ranging from personal tuition, composition and workshop services.
The services are provided by myself, Phill. I am confident that I can provide you withwhat you need and have experience in many areas of the music biz.
I have been playing music most of my life and am a proficient performer, composer, arranger and musical director.
I have gained much of this experience having graduated as a 1st class honors student in Popular Music from Salford University.
This knowledge and experience is part of what i am offering to you as a potential client
Services:
Tuition:
I offer personal one-on-one tuition for the guitar. These sessions are tailored to your needs and therefore we can target your aims and help work you towards what you want to learn. This can include playing and writing songs, theory, improvisation, notation and chord chart reading etc.. covering all of the areas that you will need to know to achieve your potential.
Sessions are £15 per hour, based on 4 lessons booked in advance with a Free 1 hour Introductory Session included in the first booking. This will allow us to assess your needs and plan the steps we take towards unleashing your musical potential.
I am available to travel directly to you for your convenience. There is no extra charge for this if you live within 3 miles of Eccles train station (roughly Monton, Worsley, Salford, Trafford..).
Beyond this im afraid that there is a necessary £2 surcharge for every 7 miles travelled.

Composition:
Freelance composition services available.
I can write music to your specifications. My previous experience is with short film, experimental film, theatre and performance.
